Barrier-Free University Units Gathered at ITU

Istanbul 4th Regional Barrier-Free Universities Unit Coordinators Meeting was held on Tuesday, 24 November 2015, at Gümüşsuyu Campus, Universal Design Center, hosted by ITU. At the meeting organized by our unit, problems such as the projects carried out by the Universities to be accessible and the plans for the targeted ones, financial issues, the level of accessibility in indoor and outdoor spaces, the texture problem of historical buildings, the problems experienced in the common areas of the campus, the insufficient control mechanisms, and the suggestions brought to these problems and talked about.
